What the work is
Feature work across the products we build and run: point of sale, healthcare records, fleet management, and client software. You will start with well-scoped pieces of larger features and take on more of the shape of the work as you learn the systems.
You will be reviewed thoroughly and you will be told the reasoning. That is the part of this job worth taking it for: on a team this size nobody is a ticket-taker, and the fastest way to learn how a system behaves under real load is to work on one that is under real load.
What we look for
Some professional experience or a body of work you can talk through in detail — what you chose, what you would now choose differently. We care considerably more about how you reason than about the number of years.
Working knowledge of a modern web stack, and enough SQL to be dangerous in a good way.
