One order object, from the table to the doorstep

Most restaurant technology is assembled rather than designed. The counter runs one system, the kitchen runs a printer, online ordering arrives through a third-party tablet, and delivery is a fourth screen somebody watches during service. Each piece works. What does not work is the seams between them, which is where re-keyed orders, missed modifiers, and end-of-night reconciliation all come from.

This platform treats an order as one object for its entire life. It is captured once — at a table, at the counter, through a QR code, or online — validated against a real model of your menu, routed to the kitchen station that cooks it with its allergy flags attached, and tracked through to pickup or delivery. Nothing is re-entered between stages, because there are no stages in the software sense; there is one record moving through an operation.

That design is what makes the AI useful rather than decorative. Because the system knows what your menu means — required choices, modifier trees, valid combinations, allergens — it can catch an incomplete or contradictory ticket at the moment of entry, when a correction is still free. A family-owned restaurant running its full order flow on this platform describes the difference in error prevention as dramatic, and that deployment is written up in full.

It runs standalone or alongside Pacific POS. If you already have a counter system you are happy with, this can be the ordering, kitchen, and delivery layer above it; if you are replacing everything, the two are one system with one set of numbers at close.

Getting started

How we get you live

  1. Menu build

We load your menu, modifiers, prices, and allergy flags, then map every item to the station that cooks it.

  2. Terminals & QR

Counter and table terminals go in, payments are connected, and QR codes are generated for each table or ordering point.

  3. Ordering site live

Your branded pickup and delivery site goes live, with AI-checked capture flagging conflicts before an order reaches the kitchen.

  4. Riders & training

Delivery riders are set up in the rider app, and floor staff train on the counter, table, and kitchen displays.

FAQ

Restaurant Solution, answered

The questions we get asked before a demo.

Merilsoft team answering a customer's question

Not seeing your question?

Tell us how you run today and we'll answer specifically.

No. The platform runs standalone or with Pacific POS, which powers the built-in point of sale. If you keep your existing counter setup, you can start with online ordering, QR table ordering, and the kitchen display, then move the full point of sale across later. We map your menu either way.
