Switching systems is the scary part — so we made it the short part.

Technologies we build on
Practical notes from behind the counter — no hype, real workflows.
The short version of what people ask before they onboard.

Your menu or catalog is digitized, devices connected, and staff trained within a single shift. No consultants, no downtime.

Faster checkout, fewer mis-keyed orders, and a live dashboard that shows what's selling while the shift is still running.
POS migrations earned their bad reputation. Here's the exact flow that takes a store from export file to first sale in about 10 minutes.

Merilsoft builds software products and runs them in real businesses. Pacific POS is the flagship — an AI-assisted point of sale for restaurants and retail — and it is where most of our engineering effort goes. Around it sits a catalog of fourteen more products covering security, education, print, HR, healthcare records, forecourt automation and analytics, plus a custom development practice for the operations that no product fits.
The obvious objection to a catalog that wide is that nobody builds fifteen good products. The honest answer is that we do not build fifteen from scratch. Payments, reporting, authentication, hosting and access control are solved once and shared by everything; what gets built per product is the domain model — what an order is, what a record contains, what has to reconcile against what. That is the part a configurable general-purpose tool cannot reach, and it is the part worth building carefully.
The practical consequence is that products compose. A fuel site runs forecourt automation and a convenience-store POS as one system with one login. A multi-location retailer runs point of sale alongside physical security. You are not integrating two vendors and reconciling two sets of numbers; you are switching on a second module of the same platform.
Depth is not uniform across that catalog, and we would rather say so on the first page you land on than have you discover it later. Pacific POS has the deepest deployment history and the published case studies. Several other products have a written-up engagement behind them. The rest are real, shipped software without a public deployment story yet — those pages describe what the software does rather than inventing a customer to have used it.

Pacific POS is where we go deepest. These four are the products people come to us for by name — and there are ten more in the catalog behind them.
We're a product company. A focused catalog of shipped products and a custom development practice, on one platform.
