We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is no advertising network on this site and no data broker relationship to opt out of. This page exists because you are entitled to be told that plainly rather than have to work it out.
Analytics is opt-in here
The only optional data collection on this site is analytics, and it does not run until you accept the consent banner. Declining costs you nothing — no feature is gated behind it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of those rights. We extend these to anyone who asks, regardless of state.
How to make a request
Email info@merilsoft.com with the subject "Privacy request" and tell us what you want. We will verify that the request comes from you — usually by replying to the address we already hold — and respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires.
Authorised agents
You may use an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf. We will ask for proof of their authority before acting, which protects you rather than us.
