Demo

See it run a real order

Twenty minutes with someone who builds the product. We'll run your workflow end to end — an order, a record, a payment, the numbers landing — using your own data if you send it ahead.

What to expect

No deck, no obligation

20 minutes, not an hour

Long enough to run a real order end to end. Short enough to take between services.

Someone who builds it

You get an engineer or product lead on the call, not a reader of slides.

A number in writing

Tell us the product, the locations and roughly the volume, and we'll put a specific price in writing rather than a figure we'd walk back later — or tell you we're not the right fit.

Come prepared

Bring these and we'll go faster

  • Your current menu or product list (a spreadsheet is fine)
  • What you use today and what breaks about it
  • How many terminals and locations you're running
  • Anything the POS has to talk to — accounting, delivery, payroll

Rather just talk?

Call Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm Eastern and ask for a walkthrough — no form required. 1-225-573-9244

Tell us roughly when suits and what you run today. We come back with two or three times rather than sending you a calendar to fight with.

The twenty minutes

What actually happens on the call

Merilsoft team walking a business owner through a live demo

It is a screen share with someone who works on the product, not a scripted presentation from someone who was handed it this morning. There is no slide deck, and if you have sent your menu or product list ahead, the demo runs on your data rather than on a fictional restaurant with eleven items and no awkward modifiers.

The first ten minutes are you talking. How orders arrive, where they go, who touches them, what breaks on a Friday, and what you are currently working around. This is the part that makes the rest useful — a demo of features nobody asked about is a waste of both parties' time, and we would rather find out early that we are not the right fit.

The next ten are the system running your workflow end to end: take an order with its modifiers, fire it to the kitchen display, take payment, and watch the numbers land on the dashboard. If something you need does not work the way you need it, that is the most valuable outcome of the call and we will say so plainly rather than promising it for a roadmap.

Afterwards you get a written follow-up: what we saw, what would need configuring, anything that would not work, and a price. No sequence of nurture emails, and no salesperson assigned to you. If you want to move forward, you tell us — the ten-minute onboarding means there is no long implementation to sell you on in the meantime.

FAQ

Before you book

Who shows up, what it costs, and what happens afterwards.

Someone who works on the product. That matters mainly because of what happens when you ask a hard question: a product person answers it or says they will check, whereas a demo script tends to route around it. You will also get an accurate answer about what does not work, which is the part worth having.

Twenty minutes, your own menu
