Where your message actually goes

Merilsoft team answering a customer's question

It reaches a person, not a queue. We are a small team, so enquiries are read by someone who can actually answer them rather than triaged by a coordinator whose job is to book you into a call with somebody else.

You will hear back within one business day. That is the commitment across the site, and it is deliberately modest — we would rather publish a response time we hit consistently than an hour figure that is true on quiet weeks. If it is genuinely urgent, call: the number reaches us directly during business hours.

The reply is a real answer where a real answer is possible. If you have asked something with a straightforward response — whether your hardware is supported, whether we sign BAAs, roughly what something costs — you get it in writing rather than an invitation to a call to find out. Some questions genuinely need a conversation, and we will say which and why.

What does not happen: your details are not sold or shared, you are not added to a mailing list you did not ask for, and there is no automated sequence that follows up five times. If we do not hear back, we assume the timing is wrong and leave it. You can ask for your details to be deleted at any time and we will do it.

Not seeing your question?

Tell us how you run today and we'll answer specifically.

Within one business day, and usually sooner. Standard support and enquiry hours are business hours — that is published on our SLA page rather than implied. If something is urgent, calling is faster than the form and reaches us directly.
