About the Role
As an IT Project Manager at Molina Healthcare, you will drive the development and deployment of digital solutions across UI, Sitecore, Salesforce, and other web technologies. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of IT projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, communication strategies, and risk management frameworks.

Apply proven project management methodologies to deliver intermediate to large-scale initiatives successfully.

Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, presenting effective solutions to stakeholders.

Ensure expertise in standard and project-specific applications, providing guidance and training to team members as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and consult with senior project management staff to guarantee timely and efficient project execution.
Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience managing intermediate to large-scale IT projects.

Hands-on experience with UI development and enterprise CMS platforms, particularly Sitecore.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies with the ability to create comprehensive documentation.

Quick learner with the ability to master new software applications efficiently.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

PMP or Agile certifications preferred.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
